It is normal for neonates to stool several times a day about 5 or 6 times a day in the first few weeks of life. It's a sign the baby is been adequately breastfed. However, u should ensure you keep breastfeeding the baby. However, if the baby starts running temperature, refuses to breast feed, vomiting, or starts having abdominal swelling see a paediatrician
