You also need enough rest. I experienced same but just had to relax. Also please ensure you check your BP.

I had headache all troh my pregnancy.. Take paracetamol.. U will b fyn...keep checking ur bp and don't miss ur anti natal

Maybe u can also check ur BP to know if it's okay! Cos high BP can bring one down with serious headache.
