Hello mummies please can you tell me the actual dose of prenatal medicines cos am confused some will say once daily others say twice daily don't know

Folic acid n calciuim is once daily while others are bd. There is no big deal in ferrous n vit c ,if u like take it twice or thrice...nothing do u.

It depends on ur report. On like me I was told to take mine once daily but when I did pcv test and it was low 30 percent I was told to take my drugs twice a daily
