Hello it happened to me also it was after I completed the antibiotics and I was still having abdominal pain that I was told to go for pregnancy test since the test I did after medication was negative that I had no infection and I now discovered I was pregnant. So just have faith nothing as harmed your baby explain to your doc about the situation by God's grace the scan you will be tied to do will come out with good result. All the best
