@Oma20263, tnx,It was given to lactating mothers at d health center when I took my baby for 10weeks immunization, d agent came with them but I got scared taking it.....that's means I ll start today.Tnx a bunch

It's very good I took it during my first trimester. Then when I started antenatal at 5months the rotor St the hospital asked me if I was taking any drugs and I showed him this he was happy. I could not continue because I had returned to Lagos from Enugu permanently and couldn't afford it. I bought it for 9k then that was last year.

Read the contents provided it contain all u needed then u can take it but,am sure they won't give u what's not good for your health. In fact, is so funny ...haven't seen health centers with good stuff like this.
