Your heart is at your left side ,so when u lay with your left it reduces blood supply to the heart and that will give u difficulty in breathing

It is okay pregnancy is like that you will feel comfortable with one side than the other. During my 1st pregnancy i feel comfortable sleeping with my back only no other way, now I feel okay with my left side can't more than 30mins and the right side is no way am now 37weeks
