Good afternoon Doc and mum I did CS seven weeks ago still taking hot water, when should I take normal water.

Is it hot water or warm water. As in not that hot? And is it advisable to take it 3months before delivery?

You need it well in other to ill the stitches from inside and don't carry heavy load.

I delivered true normal delivery and I took hot water for good 3month 2weeks what I believe is prevention is better than cure
