A baby digestive tract at age 0-6months is accepts solely breastmilk, other forms of feeding cause the baby great discomfort what constipation, and even running stomach. Even the companies that makes these baby formulars advice that a baby of that age should be fed only with breastmilk till 6months before introducing another thing. Plus well breastfed babies hardly fall ill. Pap should be given from 6months

Watery pap or pap is not harmful to a 3 months old. Is easy to digest you don't have to wait till 6 months

Is he having enough wet and soiled diaper? If yes then he is ok may not be d fat type. But if no pls buy another formula and try again maybe nan1 isnt ok for him. Pls check his weight on scale asap and check if it reduced. Pls dont waste time cos sometimes breastmilk isnt usually enuf for some babies.
