Mum and Doc my tummy is too big four months after CS and my husband is not finding it funny, how do I reduce it

Even with virgiana delivery, dia is no magic it tks time and exercise. D theory is if u had flat tommy before d CS it wil go dowm easily but u u hv big tommy before it wont perform magic. Pls mummies dat delivered tru virgiana we nd ur input.... Has ur tommy gn down and how soon pls?

Ah. My sisters, the only remedy I hv is lemon in warm water every morning & reducing carbohydrates drastically. If you're on xclusive, do only d lemon in.water & also dont over eat. eat smaller quantities&Take more fruits. Take brisk walks for 30mins daily. If you're formula feeding, do all of d above & skip one meal preferably dinner. You shd see differences in 4weeks

Ask your doctor if you can go for flat Tummy tea.that's always the disadvantage of CS
