URGENT PLS, is it good to give a three month old one spoon of liquid orange? My baby is not pooping I have done everything possible but is not working

No don't, ensure exclusive breastfeeding. It happened to my son more than 3times before he got to 5 months. While bathing the baby use warm water & towel to press the anus well after which, with one finger you robb vaseline inside it. Within few minutes sticky poo will come out. You don't need to panic, it does happen

I have mine half teaspoon of squeezed orange mixed with one big tablespoon of warm water when he didn't poo for 4 days (he was constantly screaming and crying)and it helped him poo within 5 mins. You may take your child to the paed so you are more comfortable. Regards

Pls I would advice u not to give water yet just keep breastfeeding it normal for exclusively breastfeeded babies not to poo all d time they might skip days without pooing.
