Try brushing her teeth twice daily with any good toothpaste.

Clean her mouth with warm water with lil salt. Use the small face towel to clean her tongue

depending on what may have triggered the M.Odour Try to clean her mouth better a few drops of TCP in warm water won't hurt.

Too much antibiotic drugs causes mouth odour for children. Pls take her to the hospital. Maybe they can recommend mouth wash for her
