Another thing our mood affects our psychological membrane, meaning if a nursing mother is always unhappy it affects the mammalian gland and breast production, make your self happy even when there are chances of getting sad speak to you self n move on, eat good balance diets, cleaning the nipple with olive oil to clear the breast opening, get enough rest on so on
