@Nwachyyy, yea I started antenatal at 4weeks but i wasn't given any red capsule apart from the normal folic,obron6 nd paracetamol that am always given except i have other complaints

Kindly keep with the antenatal drugs you are prescribed by the doctor. Have lots of fruits and vegetables. The omega 3 nutritional value can be gotten from fishes especially salmon fish, sardines. That's not to say, you should over consume these.

I'm also 26wks, my Dr didn't recommend omega 3. I don't even think I need it. Cuz I cook titus fish like 2wice in a month.

U cannot tk ur frnds suggestion' by 26weeks i beliv u shld hv started antenatal. Hp u r tking ur routin drugs especially ferus... D red small capsule. If dia is any nd for oda drugs ur Dr wil do dat. Note dat what works for mrs A wldnt work for B ok.
