My dear his weight is really poor,are u sure u are lactacting very well,if not use formula to feed ur baby,my baby weighed 3.5kg at birth but at 3months he was already weighing 10kg and we are on exclusive, so if exclusive is not helping u,then help ur baby.

4.7kg is too low for a baby born at 3kg. Please, if your baby is noy feeding well, introduce formula. I know everynody wants to exclusively breastfeed but it honestly doesnt work for everybody. Please introduce formula.
