Good evening all. Please am trying to make coconut oil and this is what I arrived at. I blended the coconut and filtered it, waited for it to settle. I took out the top which was thick. I just boiled it and this is what I see. I don't understand.

Transfer it to a frying pan and Still boil and stir. The oil may still come out. Similar thing has happened to me before.

Don't use hot plate. Use direct flame like gas or stove or firewood.

Transfer it to and frying pan and continue until the water dry up although you will get little oil after that cos you did not follow the process well.
