You can sieve it if you like. It is however more nutritious when not seived because of the high fibre content which is healthy for your gastrointestinal tract as it can help prevent constipation and the problems associated with constipation

I don't get. How will u get out pap without driving? OK, will it not me rough? Its only d fibres and shaft that's removed. Anyone is good by my opinion.

Me I use to Sieve it...but if u can drink it without sieving it go ahead..but me I cant....
