Nmmmm. I don't know for your area, but here we treat such with herbs. Sometimes the hospital is usually unable to heal that easily. Just try hospital first if it doesn't work then consult people who treat with herbs. My baby had similar problem when he was 7 months and then he drank a lot of water.
