Hello mummies and doc am new here please I need an advice or help my baby is 3weeks plus but up till now my breast milk is not coming out and my baby refused to suck it either so what can I do pls thank you

I hope you are giving the baby formula already cos its dangerous if your baby have not eaten all this while

Please use olive oil and clean your nipples after that use warm water.then be taking palm oil rice put plenty crayfish, drink tea,pap and fresh palm wine.

My stayed 2weeks without breast milk but I gave her SMA gold milk and when I started taking palm wine and palm oil rice,the breast milk started flowing and I stopped giving her formula. Breast milk is the best.it make them healthy and not sick.
