Pls pap made with corn makes some children to stool, u can try pap made with Guinea corn and millet DAT one is better and also check if she is reacting to d milk.

Watch the way you prepared the pap and his eating materials like cup spoon and if you are using feeding bottle change it to cup

This is one of the reasons we advocate mothers to introduce a food at a time. Stop feeding her the pap,wait for two days,introduce something else probably rice or potato,watch and see the reaction.
