My dear I have d same issue so I was advised to add nutri c to my water. Don't make it too sweet oo nd days how ave been coping and I drink cold water instead of warm nd like Miriam said fresh juice squeezed inside ur water helps too

Just skip zobo for now until later in pregnancy because at my ante natal, the nurse said zobo causes miscarriage. You can take cold water bcos warm water usually causes 1 to throw up, fresh juice is also nice, it can substitute for zobo.
