Please don't use any hot water or massage ur tummy, it will go back on it own with time. I also had it bt dint do anything bt, it went bck on it own. Bt, I advise you continue taking hot water

Honestly I don't know whether it has any side effects but my naibour her 1st and 2nd born are cs and her 6ta use to use lylon(leather) to cover the place and use hot towel from hot water to massage are Tommy and tight Rapa very tight for her
