It's normal, cos my baby was like dat at 3wks he doesn't sleep at night jst sucking and looking..my doc and sister said he will Change and he did.. He's 8wks now and he sleeps well

He is definately not getting enough milk to fill him. Try and express some milk in the day, keep in the fridge then warm and give as top up after breastfeeding at night. And take more of food supplement that boost milk production as well like hot pap, tiger nut milk etc

Its very very normal. Pls dont be worried. With time,ur baby will change and u will also get used tonit.I experienced such also. Try to endure it....welcome to motherhood ☺

Pls take him to the hospital. It may be he is not getting enough milk from your Breast or infection.
