I was constipated yesterday I ate garden egg and groundnut plenty of it, this morning when I went to poo it was a blast, I flush my toilet thrice, I became ashamed of myself.

also take good quantity of water up to 3- 3.5 L

constipation cannot stop u from breastfeeding. eat lots of fruits n vegetables like banana, pineapples n cucumber, garden eggs.
