@eniwealth, EBF.... Is not a guaranteed birth controlling method pls.. It is advisable to consider a suitable family planning method at 6weeks PP. condom/billings method also helps

@shittu EBF dose not work for everybody as family planning. Madam before you take any drug always consult your doctor bcos you are breastfeeding and it is very easier for you to conceive at this stage whether your Menstruation has returned or not many nursing mother don't menstrate before they conceive

If its exclusive breastfeeding you are doing it's safe my dear sister....... exclusive breastfeeding is another way of family planning... if I said exclusive I mean breast only WITHOUT WATER... but if you are not doing exclusive breastfeeding, it's not safe

Really don't know much about all this stuff but I heard if u drink coke or Schweppes early d next morning b4 eating anything, it weakens d sperms don't know how tru sha.
