@Amadi dat warm water with salt really worked for me. D rate at which it stoped surprised me. @Shukurat try salt in hot water above warm u wil c d result

Pls dont use dettol for ur vagina and i dont think shea butter is a soln pls go to d hospital... In pregnancy ur immunity is compromised so ur body reacts to any small attack.. Absolute hygiene is d key. If u dry ur panties inside u may hv to strt sun drying them and of cos regular bath..
