My son of 6 weeks 3days had catarrh and I took him to GH, he was nebulized and after the pediatrician ask me to do steam inhalation which worked for us. Remove his clothes except the diaper, get hot water and put a drop of Eucalyptus menthol, get someone to cover you and the baby for some minutes. Do it upto 6 times daily to be effective
