Your doctor is in the best position to advise you on what to eat and what to avoid. It's common that mums have had similar experiences during pregnancy but sincerely, every pregnancy and every symptom is unique to each person. Nobody knows your medical history. Pls the person in the lab might not be a doctor o. Most likely a Laboratory scientist. I mean the doctor in your antenatal clinic
