You can, but that is if you have been taking your drugs before now and done all the necessary things during pregnancy cos I've seen HIV mothers breastfeeding, above all your doc will guide you and pleas do to a general hospital

A mother can be positive but the baby negative.HIV patients do breastfeed, if only you're taking your drugs to subdue the load of the virus. And I believed in prayers. God has the final say.miracles happens.
