Hi mom n doc in the house pls which baby food can I start giving a baby she will be 3wks on Monday i plan on doing EBF but she is nt helping at all she can suck for hour and she won't still be ok.Thanks

Hi mum in the house gave birth 2week now and since Saturday have been finding it hard to poo no matter how hard I push it just won't come out and I end up with tear pls what can I use this is becoming unbearable thanks
