Mummy David has said it all.when you want to have an EBF with your baby, you need to equip your self with foods especially when your baby 's weight is not much. So eat very well for your baby's weight to add up more.

Meanwhile, baby rejecting d formula is expected. U hv to keep trying. Or u try my method: Use a cup with holes at d top of d cover not d regular feeding bottle. Put it in ur baby's mouth like dt and be removing gradually. D bottle has no control so ur baby has no choice abt it except he totally dislikes the milk. dont force him. if u dont want understand what I mean abt d cup, inbox me fr a picture of it.

Solution! 1) She has to start eating balanced diet!!! More of beans,potatoes,moimoi,swallow and vegetables. She shd eat as much as 4x a day but not over feed abeg. 2) After food,drink pap ontop as water. Yes! Drink pap morning,afternoon,evening and midnight to enhance lactation. If she dsnt like pap,oats is also very good. three crown milk is ok. She dsnt need milo. 3) please stop this habit of feeding baby only when you the mummy thinks she is hungry or 2hours schedule. FEED ON DEMAND!!!

Ur sister did not breastfeed on demand OR she wasn't eating well OR she is not lactating! Am so upset right now! Haba! Hw cn she do this nau. I dont know the magic she wants to do with breastfeeding at d moment. 14 weeks is 3mths already.
