My dear same thing happened to my baby too, she won't sleep except to suck day and night and she wasn't gaining weight as expected until I introduced formula so if you notice please introduce formula o, it's not all babies that accepts EBF

Hmmm my sister I experienced the same oooo . I wanted to do exclusive but breast milk was not enough for him so we bought him NAN 1 and everything went fine.

@jane Dike am experiencing the same thing. My baby is 8 weeks and on Ebf. He hardly sleeps in the day and night and can suckle for a long time. I don't know if is the hot weather or breast milk is not enough for him or colic pain.

@Tinadyke, if the breastmilk is coming out well.. Then just continue breastfeeding but make sure to empty one breast before giving the other.. If after some weeks no result....then try and express and give using a feeder... Still no improvement... Introduce water

@sharon, l'm suspecting that, so what do you suggest l should do? Bcos l drink enough tea, pap, pepper soup, eat enough just to make sure he gets enough breast milk still l don't get positive result.

More grease to ur elbow! Just keep trying, he will change. Mine did exactly the same thing but since 6weeks I noticed a huge change. Remember to always lie him on his tummy, it helps them sleep better and longer.
