Hmmm.. 6days ago.. Have u started eating very well and moving around well? If yes, You can try drinking hot water often . Then get a hot water bag, Put water inside, take a damp towel, place on ur upper part tummy, just directly under the bust/the naval side then place the hot water bag on it. After the hot water bag become warm or no more hot, rub with Ori.. That was what I did.. I was tying mine, but not too tight..

How many months ago did u give birth? Has the CS part healed up. That will help determine what to recommend. Apart from that u ve to eat right. Ur diet is important too.
