Either you express and feed your baby or place a pillow under baby while holding him/her. This will bring the baby closer to the nipple and ensure the baby latches well to the nipple.

Maybe he is not latching very well, give him multivitamin and use towel and warm water to express the milk out, cos if the milk stays too long it will become soured. He might suck after expressing
