I also had the same issue and I used that 20ml syringe repeatedly until my baby learnt how to pull it out himself and so I stopped the syringe. Its a matter of time,use that syringe it helps but after your sore nipples are healed coz its painful.. All the best

If d nipple is sore, check my posts, theres a picture dat contains home remedy for sore nipple. She should keep expressing d breastmilk and make sure thrres no hard part, to make it easier, she shud first use warm water to massage d breast so dat it relaxes before expressing it. Abt d inverted nipple, she could need d help of a professional, personal i make use of 20mls syringe, cut it and use it to draw d nipple out repeatedly, though I've not tried it on a sore nipple before. So she should see her doc or midwife.

Let her get a breast pump and always express the milk for the baby to suck. I also had the same problem and was always expressing for baby. Soon the nipple will be out for baby to suck

She should try to express it by using hand or someone can assist her. At least d pain will reduce n she will then find solution to the inverted nipples.
