I will suggest you use Shea butter or coconut oil for now till after 6month before u can then introduce the lotion.

Yes original one is #4500 made in US....but u can try sebamed cream chicco there are very good too...

Use naturals, like coconut oil, Shea Butter, Palm kernel oil, I bought Johnson baby lotion but I never used it,
