Take the lipton without adding anything. If your baby weight is OK u don't need it.

Tking lipton now til u deliver can mk ur baby small, moreover do u know ur baby's weight? I was told in my ante natal lipton has caffeine is not gd for ur baby and u. Big babies r mostly by genetics...
