Well it depends on your doctor and your health history. I have taken folic acid 1ce daily, bco 2ce, desolate 2ce and calcium 1ce daily this is what i have given by my doctor.

@Sunshine, why not just take pregnacare Max. U don't need to use it with any other drug, maybe just calcium but it contains it though. It's 10k

@Barnid, u r right... I don't know y dere is controversy about b-co taken once a day... D fact is that b-co is water soluble so taking it once a day may not b sufficient esp if u don't eat foods rich in vit b-complex... So contrary to d fear of overdose since it is water soluble ur body may end up using only one

The contents in pregnacare isn't complete for our needs in this part of the world. We are more anaemic here than in UK where it is produced so please if u really want to use pregnacare plus, take ur fesolate (1tab 3xDaily) Folic acid (1tab daily) and B-co (1tab daily)

Once daily in all. However, u don't need to take Complex, Folic n Fesolate together with pregnacare because pregnacare has all of them. All u need is one tab of pregnacare daily and u r okay.
