D "right time" as u asked is as soon as u found out u r pregnant bc everyone is not d same... Some mit start at 3,4,5,6,7months or evn dont go for antenatal clinic/classes and wil be fyn But medically is wrong and what works for A can kill B.... Pls be guided ok. Congrats on ur pregy
