Does she sleep during the day?I think it's normal at that age for babies not to sleep at night. I had same experience with my children.

Babies change, guess she still thinks she is in d womb, so she sleeps all day and stay awake at night. She would change, just be patient.

Take note of what doesn't make her sleep e.g wet diaper or she might be hungry.
