My baby is a month old. And for almost 2weeks there has been specks coming out from his eyes. Especially the left eye. What can I use?

My baby also had that when she was close to a month, I was told at the clinic not to use eyes drop because she was too young for that. But I was asked to put breast milk on cotton wool $ always use it to clean her eyes. The thing disappeared within 2 days.

I recommend a tear duct massage. My daughter had the same issue when she was a month old too. Go on YouTube, u will see videos on how to massage the tear duct.
