Pls no nanny oh. Creche is better. But please do your research first. We were always visiting the hospital when my son first started but we had to change creche and that was perfectly OK.

I know of a lady that have a premature baby 7months and still put the baby in creche when she started work. She paid extra money for more attention on her baby. I guess one particular person to look after the baby. You can do the same.

My first baby started creche @2 months and three weeks and believe me,it was hard for me. Here are the steps I took which might be helpful Research the creches around you very well;visit their facility,ask questions and pray for direction. Hubby and I fasted at this point. Secondly,invest in your equipment;good flask cos he needs lot of sterilization @this age. In my case,I bought six feeding bottles,2 stainless plates and six spoons. I sterilize all and put in a holder.

May God protect all our children for us ooo...plz if it nanny.make sure you know d person very well n install cctv ooo..i fear all dis nanny..if it creche find a good one around your office n also with cctv dat you can view from your pone n monitor your child from office.it is well.

I felt same way when I was about to resume. I wanted to get a nanny also but good nannys are not easy to come by nowadays. My baby goes to crèche and she is doing well. Just ensure it is a good one and get feedbacks from people who use the crèche. Resignation is not advisable unless you have a business you can set up.

Please don't resign in this Buhari Era oooo, look for a good crèche around your home or office, nanny is not advisable, or if you have any experienced​ relative that can be of help,that would be nice, I am in the same shoes with you. Wetin man pikin go do? With time you and baby will get use to it.

Do not leave your baby with a nanny at this age especially one you don't really know, opt for the creche instead

It's not easy leaving Ur baby but work calls... However, preparation Shd ve bn made before now cos if u must get a nanny, you Shd ve understudied the person before leaving Ur child wt. The baby may be too young to start creche but if u ve one close to ur work place, I guess the creche is better at least other children with be there also.
