Has your bp been on the high side before now? And do u have proteinuria before? Get your bp checked first. If that is ok then you are fine. I had serious swollen foot from 25th week till a week after birth begore returning to normal. Just elevate when sitting and sleeping, minimise your standing. Soak in warm water and the one that worked for me most is upward massaging with mentholatum. All the best mam, you almost at the finish line. I wish u safe delivery
