Good day Dr's and mummies, pls my baby is 3months and 2days on EBF, he's been having dis tummy discomfort for a week now, I gave infacol and d discomforts comes and goes most times he won't sleep well. Last night I used his towel to apply hot water on his tummy (not too hot) and he poo plenty and very smelly (unusual smell). Today he has poo 2times and this time the poo has mucus and smelling unusual. I dunno what is wrong, he seems uncomfortable and is not sucking much today. He's spitting nd putting things in his mouth, can it be teething? Pls help a FTM.
