Please my baby of 4 weeks had rashes on his body so I used cacatin cream as advised by some members here and it dried up, but the issue now is the skin is not smooth again , it still has those rashes spots on his body. What do I do for my baby to have a smooth skin again. Tnx in anticipation for your response.
