First of all do u have a 28 day cycle 32 or 35 when u know this tracking Ovulation is easy Ovulation start on the 14 day of ur cycle on 15 if u av a 28 day cycle for those with 32 it start on the 16 n for those with 35 it start on the 18th or 19 day of their cycle another thing u can do is tracking ur cervical mucus after ur period u notice u become dry few day later ur mucus comes out thick or not at all wen u r ovulating the mucus looks like egg white very stretchy and colour less always check
