After my delivery, I have gained so much weight.How do I reduce my Weight especially my belly fat?
You can start by exercising and keep to a diet but not an extreme diet as that can affect your health. If you are social media savvy, you will find some fitness groups or individuals that help people reduce their weight. A healthy balanced diet, void of junk food. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Drinking a lot of water, green tea and reducing unhealthy drinks can be good start. You can take walks, running or dancing to burn the calories. I hope this helps you.
