Aww... Is well ok' ur baby is stil forming u nd a balanced diet... Rice with vegetables, yam, swt potatoes( it regulates blood sugar) egss, beans, milk as ur calcium source. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. If u feel "so weak" pls go to hospital let dem chk u up to rule out HBP or low blood level. All symptoms in pregy r not normal ok.
