I would suggest you go for an ultrasound scan to determine if all the products of conception from the incomplete abortion was successfully evacuated and if it wasn't, it should be evacuated again. However, if it was completely evacuated and you don't see your period in another 2-4 weeks, go for a blood pregnancy test.
