Hi Ma, I will suggest u don't open two different cereals @ a time, after finishing one u can start the other so as to know which is best 4 ur baby.by that it can be used within the one month duration. As to ur question, after opening the cereal is being exposed to air already so consuming it within the stated time is best for ur baby.#my opinion
