Pls gv him zinc tablet to boost his immunity and help fight d bacteria n ORS to regain d fluid he is loosing frm stooling. Pls dnt let him get dehydrated. Keep breastfeeding him. gv him lots of fluid

That soya wasn't hygienically processed so it had introduced sm bacteria into ur babies syatem that is why d poop hasnt stopped despite d fact dt u hv discontinued d soya I would hv said he's reacting to d soya but he is not d poo shd stop within 24hrs frm discontinuing d soya

WHO recommends that mothers should practise exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months. If the poo continous, please see a pediatrician
